Since 1971, Capt’n Nemo’s has created a lean, tasty Italian Beef through an old fashioned and labor intensive 6 step process. No Italian beef compares. Tender, USDA choice black-angus beef is oven roasted , hand sliced and generously piled on each sandwich to provide complete satisfaction.

Step 1: Start with USDA Choice Black Angus beef

Step 2: Trim to 98% lean

Step 3: Add seasonings

Step 4: Slow Roast in a Dry Oven for maximum beef flavor

Step 5: Hand sliced thin and against the grain

Step 6: Immersed in a seven herbs and spices & homemade au jus.
